Mentoring & Sober Coaching
Mentoring & Sober Coaching allows managers to assist employees who are showing early signs of a substance abuse before it becomes a larger problem. Perhaps this person has been seen drinking too much at a company sponsored event or in the presence of a client, but is still a high performing member of the organization.
This is a one-on-one service that allows the employee to explore their addiction and attempt corrective measures with the benefit of professional support and accountability.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Education
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Education allows managers to address the organization at a broader level without identifying specific individuals. Our education platform can be used to make cultural adjustments or take preventive steps prior to a corporate retreat or national conference. It also let’s employees know their well-being is important and gives them an opportunity to ask for help for substance or mental health issues without the fear of consequences.
Treatment Consulting
Treatment Consulting allows managers and family members to make appropriate treatment decisions, based on a person's level of acuity, age-appropriateness, insurance benefits, out-of-pocket exposure, geography, and socio-economic factors, which helps ensure greater chances of a successful outcome.
Crisis Interventions
Crisis Interventions are implemented for employees who, because of their ongoing addiction issues, must be removed from the workplace and are required to successfully complete treatment before returning. An intervention is followed by a residential, inpatient treatment program, lasting 30, 60 or 90 days. An intervention invokes meaningful consequences from managers and family members for noncompliance.
Residential treatment may be followed by attending a local outpatient treatment program, sober coaching and case management to support lasting recovery and relapse prevention.
Support Services for Colleagues & Family Members
Support Services for Colleagues & Family Members are an essential part of the recovery process for people affected by someone’s drug or alcohol addiction. Often other employees are impacted by an individual’s aggressive. and sometimes inappropriate, demands or erratic behaviors. Providing them with support is helpful in deescalating a potential crisis or eliminating a possible liability.
Offering similar support for family members is also an important step in ensuring your employees’ lasting recovery and preventing relapse.
Case Management
Case management provides an extra level of accountability for an employee who has been notified about inappropriate workplace behavior in connection with a substance abuse problem and other behavioral issues. This person may have recently completed treatment or engaged in outside support. Case management will help them manage their growth and track their progress to be shared with human resources.
